Brazos Valley Young Lawyers Association
The Texas Young Lawyers Association (TYLA), originally organized in 1930, is a department of the State Bar of Texas. All licensed Texas Lawyers who are 36 years old or younger or who are in their first five years of licensure, regardless of age, are automatically members of TYLA.
The Brazos Valley Young Lawyers Asssociation (BVYLA) is comprised of TYLA members in the Brazos Valley. The Brazos Valley includes; Brazos County, Robertson County, Grimes County, Washington County, Burleson County, Madison County, and Leon County. The purpose of this site is to keep members of the TYLA in the Brazos Valley active in the organization and informed of upcoming events. Features of the site include an RSS feed of blogs by member attorneys, a monthly spotlight of a BVYLA attorney, community service opportunities, local events and news and information of interest to our members.
