State Bar of Texas Member Benefits Program

From health insurance, to travel discounts, to rental cars, membership in the State Bar of Texas carries with it a ton of perks that we very often do not take advantage of as Texas lawyers.

The umbrella under which all of these amazing discounts reside is the Member Benefits and Services program of the State Bar of Texas. Their website is located here and includes a list of vendors from case management software, time and billing products, and virtual receptionist services to help every young lawyer in Texas with their practice.

If you visit the website you will find member discounts for as far as the eye can see. From the Texas Bar Private Insurance Exchange, where you can compare and purchase products from leading health insurance providers, to multiple benefit categories including, but not limited to (because what kind of lawyer doesn’t use that phrase), lifestyle, office, travel, and technology, there is a plethora of information available at your fingertips. Go ahead, click on over to the site and browse for yourself. I don’t think you will regret it.
