El Paso Young Lawyers Association—Annual Golf Tournament

The El Paso Young Lawyers Association (“EPYLA”) will hold its annual golf tournament on May 22, 2015, at the Underwood Golf Complex at Fort Bliss, Texas, with a tee time of High Noon. The tournament is EPYLA’s main fundraiser for the year. The funds raised from the tournament will help fund CLEs hosted by the association and the many community service projects in which the association participates throughout the year. Every year, the legal community and the greater El Paso community are more than gracious in sponsoring all 18 holes in the tournament and providing fabulous door prizes. This tournament is open to all golfers, so invite your friends and colleagues!  

We will kick off the afternoon with lunch and then hit the green with our teams of four to play a fun tournament “scramble” style. Once the players are done, the scores will be tallied, winners announced, and door prizes awarded!

The golf tournament is not only a fun time for friends to get together to enjoy an afternoon out  on the green, but it also provides a wonderful networking opportunity for El Paso professionals.  For the association’s members, the golf tournament allows an opportunity to meet other attorneys and judges outside of the courtroom.
